Letterclub Leticia Supple writing, letters Internet

When I signed up for Letterclub I thought it was a fabulous concept and incredible way to meet new people from all over the world. I didn't expect I would be given deadweight matches, however. My first 3 matches were provide to me for free in August. My second set of matches (3), I paid $5 AUD for. Out of the 6 matches I've been provided, I've only ever received correspondence from 1 of my matches despite having written to all 6. Which makes me think they are either A) not interested in writing back, or B) not real matches.

I filed a claim with PayPal against Letterclub founder Leticia Supple in effort to get the $5 I paid refunded. She then turned around and changed the "Things you need to know" section on the Letterclub website to try and worm her way out of issuing me the refund. I even gave her the option of providing me 3 new matches, instead.

This is not the way to run a business. This is a service I paid for, as as such I expect to get what I pay for.
