pecific Complaint: September 29, 2011 I received a flyer from Lexington Mortgage offering a re-finance on our home. I believed it was from our bank that has the current mortgage. Their name is in tiny tiny print at the bottom of the card but the name of my bank is in bold letters at the top with my name. I gave the agent both my social security number and my husband's also, address, dob and I am sick now that I have read the complaints against them.

I tried to call them back today but they refused to even tell me the name of the company at the same number and hung up on me. The agent I spoke with last night did call me back and apologized but at this point, I believe they are operating a fraud operation, then I looked at the complaints on the internet and there it is. a lot of them.
