I thought I did my reseach as far as finding a company to buy Virgin Brazilian Hair for weaving. I looked at many companies online and saw LHDC365. This company was offering "Bundle" deals and was run by a young woman (term used loosely) named Ashley Taylor. I was anxious to order and recive my item because i was going out of town. I placed an order on 3/16/14. Ashley emailed me my paid invoice and said processing was between 5-12 days. The following week, I contatacted her via email to asked if the item had shipped.

She didnt repond. 2 days later, on the 3/24/14, the tracking information came via email. Tracking stated 2-3 days Priority Mail. By the 31 of March I was getting worried that I would not receive my item before I went out of town on 4/4/14. I contacted Ashley again and she never reponded. I took to social media(IntaGram) to contact Ashley and she blocked me from all her social media sites. She stop taking my emails and had not contacted me regarding the item or a refund. I did have her cell number and I contacted her about the order. She gave me the complete run around. Till this day 4/7/14, I have no product and no refund.

@lhdc365 how could I possibly contact you? I couldn't contact you a month ago when you blocked my emails,IG,facebook and texts what makes you think I could contact you now?! You found ME and what I was posting by word of mouth. Someone was googling YOUR bad company! Trying to get info about YOU! How would I really let you knew that the crap you sent me was defective? I have no way of contacting you. Furthermore if I did in fact contact you for an exchange, would I have to wait abother whole month?! Google and hashtag your business. There are plenty of customers  with complaints about YOU! Lastly all comments I posted about YOUR horrible customer service and crappy hair are from my personal experience with you and they are TRUE!

 First off let me say Thank you jessica for reporting this website to me i wasn't aware of the posting. Yes N.Germany you did receive your order. If there was i problem with one of the bundles you should have contacted me and i would be more than happy to exchange them. Yes i did ask that you take the comments down or state that you did received your order. You never NOT ONCE said something was wrong with the bundles at all you. The only thing you said is that you were not taking it down. You have the address and you can send the 1 damaged bundle back if it is damaged. Thanks

Wow thats crazy. I got the same hair braziian deep wave / curly . It is shedding a little but not  that much. Great to hear you aleast got it.

I received the hair a month and a couple day later. a bundle was damaged. Like it was cut on the weft and it shed like a mutt.  It's not worth what I paid for it but lesson learned. I will never buy from bogis pop-up hair companies ever again. Good luck to you :)

A Month Later.....Damaged

So, I don't know if Ashkey Taylor owner of LHDC365 "virgin" hair company had a change of heart or what but I received my order, which was 4 bundles of Virgin Brazilian wavy/curly hair a whole month after I placed my order. As I stated previosly, the owner blocked me from social media and emails went unanswered. When I did receive the hair, one bundle was damaged. It had been cut so when I ran my fingers through it, it shed like a dog. The other 3 bundles had shedding as well. There was also little carpet like fibers in the hair. 

Needless to say I will NEVER order from this or any other non recognized virgin hair company ever again.  Customer service was thee worst and to add insult to injury, Ashley Taylor asked me to take down my reports because "I received my hair". I respectfully declined! peiple should be forward and know what they are about to get themselves I to when dealing with lhdc365.com!

Girl you scared me to death. I didnt see your report until after i ordered. Thank god i did get mines. It did take almost 2 weeks to get to me though. Hope you got yours. You can call your bank and they will get you your money back.
