luzerne county children and youth wilkes_barre violated my rights as a grandparent and as a potential placement for my grandkids wilkes barre, Pennsylvania

i called luzerne county children and youth wilkes-barre on my daughthers boyfriend for abuse they placed them with paternal grandmother but had interferd with a criminal investagation  and the children where place with strangers when theres family willing and able to take care of them but they refuse to let me have any contact with them because they say its my daughters wishes we were allowed to write there for two weeks but they had stopped that they wrote me a letter saying because my prior involement with this agency years ago because my volatile realtionship with my daughter and boyfriend and because they think that im not capable enough to take my grandchildren to counseling also the prior involvement of the supervisor who was my case worker 19 years ago
