Liberator OneUp Innovations Horrible CEO Atlanta Georgia

I am a former employee and wanted to give a little info on this company. Though I would never work for Louis Friedman or Liberator again, Im not going to lie and bad mouth every little thing.

The main thing is the CEO micro manages like no one else. He wont let managers or associates do their own thing unless he approves it. He lies about pay raises, promotions, hirings and firings. He makes very uncomfortable comments to all employees even after some have told him to stop. Now, this company is making adult foam furniture, but that is no reason to make these jokes. Especially as the CEO.

Most of the employees play basketball during working hours and never get in trouble. Louis knows about this and does nothing.

The CFO Ron Scott is a puppet and must be on something because he just sits there like a deer in the headlights. Though he himself knows Louis is crazy he sits back in his office all day.

No benefits, 401k, insurance. They will pay for a few days PTO.

Any rebuttal will be made by one of his two sons (Louis has a handicapped son and doesnt claim him, serious) Louis has 3 children.

Last thing, this company has filed bankrupty a few times as well under other names.
