Liberty Debt Care Rip Off Company Madison Heights, Michigan

I tried to do the right thing to pay off my credit card debts.  I have a friend's, now ex-boyfriend, that worked for this company and referred me to their services.  I was going to consolidate about $11,000 to $4,200 by joining their program.  Once the money started getting taken out of my account, I stopped receiving letters and calls from my creditors.  I thought everything was getting taken card of.  Two years after I was supposed to have everything all taken care of, I got served a letter from my creditor saying I was getting sued.  The account listed was from one of the consolidated accounts.  This amount now have doubled because of interest.  I still have not even heard about the other one yet, which is still on my credit report as sold to a creditor.  I just want my money back.  In the end, Liberty Debt Care got about $6500 of my hard earned money.  I feel that it is bs that companies can do this to hard working people and have no recourse for their actions.  Anybody have any help information about this company or any similiar situations, please email me at (((REDACTED)))@yahoo.com  I still am able to contact the person that was working for this company that referred me to the company in the first place.
