Liberty National Financial Corporation LIBERTY NATIONAL FINANCIAL CORP handled my dispute with a customer very quickly and privately Norman Oklahoma

I have delt with this company for some time now, to tell you my story,  I have a small brokerage in southern California, we had a claim from a carrier who we have had a really hard time dealing with and no matter how we tried to reason with this carrier called and harassed us so many times. The issue is that when we brokered the load for this shipper, the carrier delivered the load to the wrong place and when they delivered the load, the shipment was broken and unusable, SO OF COURSE THE SHIPPER DON’T WANT TO pay!!!! Well, the shipper didn’t pay us and my job is to make sure that I connect the shipper with the carrier. But the shipper refused to pay me for the load because the goods were trashed on delivery. Can you blame them?

Well that didn’t matter one bit to the shipper, they said they wanted their money anyway. they were trying to Rip Me Off. They wanted to me to pay for a load, out of my own pocket when they did, not do the job properly. Well, I surely did not want to pay them so I told them, to stop calling me besides all this the shipper did not pay me.

I do NOT believe that I was cheating anyone, if the Carrier did not do the job, and the shipper did not pay me (which I totally understand) then I feel I shouldn’t have to pay. There were so many threats this carrier sent me, about how much they could sue me for, over email and over the phone. They had people call up pretending to be lawyers and even the police. Honestly, I felt like quitting the business all together over this,
We work hard, and ours is a small company, we deserve to be treated fairly just like anyone else.

So, I get a phone call from Liberty National asking me what was going on with this situation because they heard the carrier was sending out a claim and would very soon reach their office. I explained the situation, and sent them pictures and evidence that shows that the carrier damaged the product, and delivered it to a wrong location. They explained to me how I could fill a claim against the insurance of the carrier, but they would still have to investigate the claim.

I was so nervous, but Liberty National Financial Corp has always been a good business partner so I put my trust in them that they would set this right. Sure enough about 10 days later I get a call from a really nice lady who told me, that they claim from this really annoying carrier had been denied, because what actually had happened is that the carrier brokered the load to someone else they should not have, not only was this a breach of my contract it also meant that there would be no claim against my BMC 85, because I paid for the BMC coverage, not this other fellow. For certain, I was about to be ripped off, so that’s why I posted this ripoff report but this company really come through for me. I suppose that’s what they do, keep the broker from getting ripped off.
