On 7/29/2013 we went into an agreement that this company would take over the 2 timeshares that we have mortgages on along with Money from our Bank of America($9300 IEA INTERNATIONAL ESCR DISTRITO NACI)and Discover Credit($7011.94toHACIENDA

RESORTS PUERTO PLATA DOM) They are to withdraw an addl $5900 on 8/29/12 and then 120 monthly payments of $147.08. To us this was kind of a swap as the mortgages came to the same amount about $25000 as we were purchasing. This was questioned by us multiple times as the timeshares had mortgages. On Aug 16 2013 we were informed that the company was NOT taking the 2 timeshares and we would continue to be responsible for the mortgages as well as the annual fees associated with the timeshares. Now we will have an additional liability of $25000 which we would NEVER have agreed to.   After we received the email that they would not take the 2 timeshares we called to ask to cancel the contract and were told that it had to be cancelled within 4 days of signing by the Customer Service rep . we explained that we were still on vacation at that point and did not even realize what they were going to do to us. They are refusing to cancel the membership.
