I have personal knowledge against this report. The person who wrote this report was doing this just to hurt Lilly. It was nothing more than professional jelousy. There was no rip off at all! Lilly is a make up artist & never claimed to be a professional hair stylist. I have personally worked on movies with Lilly & know for a fact that she is a top notch professional.

Mary, I have no idea who you are you and you have never spoken to me about anything on the phone or otherwise.  When I get a business call about doing makeup I immediately record the persons name and phone number for my work records.  I would have remembered speaking to you and since I have been on hiatus for the last few weeks. I know that I have not spoken to you or anyone else recently about makeup for a model.  

I am going to respond to everything you say, point by point. UNFORTUNATELY THIS WEBSITE LETS ANYONE WRITE ANYTHING THEY WANT ABOUT ANYONE WITHOUT ANY VERIFICATION WHETHER IT IS TRUE OR NOT. I believe in Freedom of Speech but I DO NOT BELIEVE IN SLANDER.  If you were telling the truth, then PUBLISH YOUR LAST NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION AND I WILL CONTACT YOU TO SPEAK WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU WROTE, BUT YOU ONLY LISTED MINE.   

WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF? If you are a professional model, then you have an agent, and that agent gets you work and you get your pictures done by top photographers and those photographs are used for your portfolio.  You would not be looking for a makeup artist on your own, especially online! You would use someone from your network, because this is what is business is all about.  I find that many models, especially on sites such as Model Mayhem say they are professional models simply because they are tall and skinny.  That does  not make you a professional model. If you are a professional model you are not hiring makeup and hair on your own, the company that hired you, that is paying to shoot your photographs, hires the photographer, and all the crew, you show up, wear the clothes they give you and you pose. 

Great, you came across my website.  Yes, I am a professional makeup artist and hairstylist.  When you go to two of the most world renowned schools, MUD (MakeUp Designory, Burbank) and Cinema MakeUp School (Los Angeles) you learn hairstyling too.  So that now gives me two titles.  When I am on a shoot and the model or crew does not have accessories or items they need and they know that I bring everything on set with me, whether asked to or not, they ask me to help with wardrobe and styling that now just gave me the job of wardrobe stylist.  This business is  a team effort, without working well together you dont work, thats why we dont bash each other for the sport of it!  That does not make me the head of wardrobe and nor do I claim that.  My experience is models bring themselves to their shoots and new models are sometimes ill prepared, so I come prepared and I assist in anyway needed.  Having more than one title is not unusually as you say, I focus on makeup first and hair  second, wardrobe is only when I am asked.

All the information on my resume is 100% correct and is all done by me.  There is no listing that I have worked with major recording artist.  Oh please...Tyres, his video never came out and Jordin Sparks had about 200 people on that video and paid about $25 per person.  Music videos are paid 100% by the artist.  Major is Beyonce, Janet Jackson,  etc.   There are no names like that on my website. I wish.  There are three music videos on my website. 

No you will not find the films I have done on IMDb because they are not major motion pictures, or television shows, therefore they would not be eligible to be on that website.  My films, so far, have been student  films, shorts, film festivals, and non-union films.  I have worked with all the models listed, some are up and coming, some are actors, actresses, (no major names or believe my I would list them), friends, family, whoever will help me build my portfolio and even a few mannequin heads.  And 90% of the jobs I get offered are from referrals, which said a lot about my reputation.  People come to me because I do good work, I am reliable, I am a team player and Im always first to come, last to go

How dare you say we spoke to each other.  Why are you doing this? Are you someone I went to school with and now want to tarnish my reputation because you feel threatened because I am working and you are not?  I have never booked or spoken to a model in Burbank, but coincidentally that is the location of one of my former schools. 

Prices. Oh please, most of my work is for a kit fee.  Because I want my emphasis to be in Special Effects I must do a lot of "free" work to build up my reputation, experience and experience.  I must be union.  Which is very difficult.  You have insulted all the makeup artist who decide they want to do Bridal, Fashion, Runway, Print, Editorial, Retail, and many other capacities, in which you would not find their work online, except on their own personal websites.  I must do small films to get reels of my work - that is what represents me!  I help out a lot of students and do work for free for them or for very little.  USC is one of the best film school around, and I work for those students, and when Director or Producer are listed, it is their names. I do not have Spielberg, or Cameron on my resume, although one day I hope to.  I have never, although I wish, have ever quoted enormous fees.  I am not there yet.  Again, why these lies.  I have never and will never show any pictures on my portfolio that were not done by me.  If someone else works with me, they receive the credit on each photo.  I never claim any work that is not mine, that would be an insult to my work, my talent and my abilities.

If you read the other report on me. The In the Moment Acting Studio is everything I said and there are many students who could and did back me up in court.  Im not even going to get into that, anyone who wants to can read that rebuttal.  Yup I did some modeling in my younger days; just print work, obviously too short for anything else, and nothing on magazines.  Never claimed it, he put that in his report, not me.  I never said I was a marketing consultant, he did, and I have no clue where that came from.  Yes, and then the recession hit and many lost their jobs. I was one of them. I re-invented myself to do something I had "dabbled " in, and now wanted to do professionally, that was always my passion and now I am living my dream is that wrong? 

State License again you make yourself look uneducated and clueless.  I do not have a State License because HAIRSTYLISTS DO NOT HAVE STATE LICENSES, THAT IS A HAIRDRESSER OR A COSMETOLOGIST!  I AM A HAIR STYLIST I STYLE, I DO NOT CUT AND COLOR NO LICENSE NEEDED!  

Again, I already addressed IMDb and that is really the only website that matters.  Oh, by the way, end of July I am doing a film that will be giving me my first credit with IMDb, and funny, it will be as a Hair Stylist!  

If you are a professional anything, it is not in this business because in this business if we cant work together well, we dont work and we certainly dont do to each other what you are trying to do to me!   

You let it slip about a picture of me and my daughter on the other complaint.  My website has no pictures of my face, how do you know what I look like from "speaking with me on the phone?" 

Curious-er and curious-er......my daughter's picture is all over the place, she is in the industry...but not mine....my name is not as uncommon as you would think.  How were you soooo sure that they were the same people, or better yet...did you even care?

If you believe what you say, then identify yourself and allow me to contact you, Ms. Mary.  I will always

keep a copy of your complaint, along with my answer in my business folder, just in case.  Someone with your style and attitude will never work in this business, and chances are, somehow, somewhere, we will cross each others past.  What you throw out there will come back to you, ten-fold.

You are a bitter person and I do not know why you have targeted me but you are not in this business in any capacity, it is obvious because of the things you say and accusations you make, make it obvious you do not know about this business.  The only question now is who are you and why are you doing this?
