From day one I was lied to and my commissions were never paid because they concocked a fraudulent Sales Lead Program they sold the same lead to multiple Agents? No accountability locally or nationally, they have tried to force us to continue to pay on my contract even when accepting the cancellation thru BBB. These are slime balls that do not deserve your hard earned money.

Florida has the most criminal instituted Insurance Fraud in America. From Health to Life to Medicare to Kids these Companies run a mafia-like company seeking to defraud Americans any which way they can. I have had to reture my Florida License 215 due to constant errors, scams, criminal solicitations, twisting(bribes), all to make the company Owners large amounts of money while leaving the Agents alone with charge backs and fraud complaints. Lincolb Heritage the well known Funeral Advantage (As Seen On TV) has a National "F" record and their co-horts locally have a "F" too. Someone has to do something now! See my experience for just 2months with this company then look at another Insurance company, that has led me to quit.

BBB Assistance: Complaint and cancellation of Policies;

Tried to get my commissions, 1099 and now need to cancel my contracts with this Company. Ms. Michelle Patton, Agency Manager, was contacted several times from 11/2017 - 2/2018, about the way they did not pay commissions on these two contracts, black labeled Insurance license by issuing a termination instead of "quit in good standing”, with a 2 week notice and an incidense with Manager using profane language when calling me. This after I spent more than $2000 of my money with them. I request that the BBB help me since this company will continue its hard line tactics against me and my wife. Please cancel immediately, Contract/Policies 27-0003378998 & 27-0003378989; and refund parcel three(3) prior months abatement.

Dear Mr.Paul Agency Manager,

I received a call from Tony Gonzalez today him telling to stop calling his Agents. When telling him whom I called he got irrate and started cursing at me, slamming his phone. He would not answer my return call to let him know how unprofessional he was. As a 215 Florida Agent, Senior, Veteran he was out of line with this type of management skill, its demonstrates he was reflecting on his own failures to lead to fail he showed me. I simply was calling two 2 -Agents that 1-had left and 1- talked badly about his experience but continued working.  I did not do anything harmful to this company on the contrary they own me lots of money for working for FREE after finding out they refused to pay me 2-Contracts because they used my hard earned money for the False Leads Program that had clients sold to many, many other Agents. I ask you Mr.Paul that you implement a EEOC Program of what Age, Race, Discrimination really means in America, along with business classes on what FRAUD and FCRA Violations means.

Dear Ms. Michelle Patton, Agency Manager

I am surprised you have written to me this way and in this manner. I gave the The Paul Group a two (2) weeks’ notice and to Tony Gonzalez the same notice. I am sure a Termination Notice is not appropriate since I really enjoyed working for Liberty Heritage and believed highly of its product to have placed myself and my wife as clients.  Because I respected Patrick and Tony; I worked tirelessly for your company having done in one (1) month the impossible.  These are my following stats as a Senior if you at Corporate do not know what’s happening at the ground floor;

  • Mileage :2090,
  • $155 gasoline,
  • $62 Tolls,
  • Un-intended Homes canvassed, knocked and gave Liberty Heritage literature: 125home
  • 2014 “B” Leads Spanish visited and sought closing: 140 leads
  • 2017 “A” Leads both English and Spanish: 12 leads
  • 400 Inserts placed in several CVS, and Walgreens

On 11/24/2017, since no-one from the The Paul Group nor Tony Gonzalez called me for a de-brief since (10/30/2017, I have returned ALL the materials in my possession(pics available of returns) that is yours as; Folders 1ea.Eng.STKITFLDR16, 23eaEng FCGSORG17, Span 9ea SpanSCGSORG17, 48ea ENG MCB2013, Brochures 19eaSpan SPMGB2013, Eng. & Span 15ea Stickers DELNOT, 1ea DVD, 11ea.Eng.FCGSFACT16 &4ea.Span SPCFACT16, 1ea.RATE BOOK, 26ea. Inside Binder Sheets, 1 Set of STKITFE12FL unopened, 1ea Training course, 1ea. ID, 26 sheets of all the clients I visited and areas I canvassed. If there is anything else, you may need please let me know via writing.

My total investment in Liberty Heritage is a hefty one not to count (initial application, “another lead, polos, binder, clothing, mobile phone, ISP fees, etc., etc. To this I have not been paid commissions for my two (2) sales?

This $283.98, I will pay back $50 a month, but find this very suspicious and ill-mannered - that after investing, working tirelessly and so much managerial errors by Tony Gonzalez under The Paul Group would try this devastating charge. It’s not appropriate to state, “we have leads” when they are three-four years old leads. Then charge for “A” Leads that some were useless, i.e. people not home but in another State, People that outright did not want Lincoln Heritage Product, and people already sold to by another Lincoln Agent.

Because of your letter, your incongruent management, wrongful termination, and excessive charges I will have to seek Legal advice. Again, I tried to be a model 215License, Senior, Veteran and responsible.

For me once again it was a great experience and if there were any way to work at Lincoln Heritage I would, but my present Agent status is “captured” and I had no other alternative. To Tony and Patrick if they have decided to laugh at ALL the work done for them and Liberty Heritage for FREE, I say, “get with God”and I wish them the very best.

As a Senior, Customer and now Client of Lincoln Heritage I will be making sure we will not be treated this way and ill-mannered.
