The second he thinks you shipped it, he's off to his credit card company to file a fraud dispute trying to rip you off. He will contact his credit card company, this time Citibank, and file a fraud dispute for non receipt.

He will lie through his teeth making up every single lie in the book, false delivery dates, saying how you didnt help him and anything to put the fake blame on you to hide the fact his nothing but a thief. He is so stupid that he signs a legal document openly admitting to the policies he legally agrees to and 4 days later, he calls Citibank with all his BS lies.
