LocateFamily.com won't remove my information from their website Toronto ON

LocateFamily.com is another people search company that uses people’s information to make money. I've requested various times to have my information removed and it is but then it appears again. They also have a message board by my name, which I've never authorized and they refuse to remove or disable it.

I did a WHO IS and found the following information:

Other victims online have also reported that the website is owned by Oren Saban, who runs other data collecting sites and owns his own domain reseller. From the addresses above, it looks like the company is trying to bypass privacy laws in the USA. For a company that promotes itself as an employee background check and investigator on the Better Business Bureau, it uses very unscrupulous tactics. Refusing to permanently remove people’s information (including their names) and remove an unauthorized message board is not right and should be investigated by the authorities. If you’re having the same problem with this company, please file a complaint with the FTC and other agencies so they can investigate this matter.
