Love Systems Nick Savoy Bullsh*t refund policy beware!!!! Los Angeles, California

I paid for their program(bootcamp) which will start next week Friday(3-day).Usual time for all their bootcamps.

Now,due to unfortunate circumstances,I will not be able to attend the program.Again,I was not aware something like that would come up,but I had no choice but to move on.I called them the next morning immediately,and I explained to them(his name was Phero I believe) that I do not want to waste anyone's time and I would like to get a refund for that program.I was fully confident since I thought these were legitimate people,and they would surely understand.Bot,was I wrong.He outright told me that due to "company policies",he will not able be able to issue the refund that I requested.I explained my situation fully,telling him time after time that I won't be able to attend,and I would very much appreciate if he issues me the refund and I move on from all this.But he won't under any circumstances.

When I signed up at first,he was telling me it was "money back guarantee",but never mentioned anything about all these "hidden" policies.Even on their website it is not fully mentioned, only "money back guarantee". They kept calling me almost everyday,and was trying to find every opportunity to sign me up,and now they did, it's done.They were EVEN able to convince the owner to get a discount for me and for ME only,but they cannot convince the owner now for a refund?

Mr. Phero was not even willing to convince the owner for a refund for some "unknown reason",but he was very ready to convince for a huge discount or get me to sign up immediately.Believe me,I was patient,and I was really hoping these guys would understand and we move on from this.But no,its all done here.And besides, if a customer is already unsatisfied with your company( for whatever reason) and wants a refund, why would you also force them to use your service, if you have a 100% refund policy?

After countless research and reading posts from others,I just figured this out.You know WHY they do not issue refunds?

I'll tell you why, because they do not refund you! I know a lot of users who have asked for a refund, and none of them have got it back. So it does not matter if you attend the program or not,it's done. Once you go though the program,your case is permanently closed.You received your program,and thus no chance in hell will you get your money back.Why in God's name force the consumer to go through your service with a 100% refund policy slapped up front?

Wow,a company that prides itself so much,yet why in the world has all these hidden disgusting policies?Phero was so ecstatic with "money back guarantee" that he completely forgot about mention you will get screwed no matter what.Check their forums.I have personally seen negative reviews removed,complaints getting shoved,and many more censored content.You maybe able to find some at puahate.com.You will not find a single negative review there,because they moderate that place heavily.They will outright delete you for negative comment.

I even went to their terms,and in one section they say that if a person has any reason for dissatisfaction the company will take care of them. This is 100% false. You can tell we they will just take your money and run for the exit door.

NOTE:I will personally update this if anything comes up regarding this refund.I emailed their head,and have yet to receive anything.If the refund comes through,I will update it.If I receive the refund, I will issue a post here, but if they continue with their horrendous and hidden policies, I will update that as well.
