Multiple Bad Experiences with this Dealership. Purchased a used car and noted a few issues with it before taking delivery. The dealer said they would take care of it. They did not. What made it worse was the extremely bad attitude both the used car manager and the service manager exhibited. Not learning my lesson the first time, I went to go look at another used vehicle for a friend who I warned about doing business there. However, they had a vehicle he really wanted. I pointed out the tires were worn and had dry rot.

In fact, the tires were so old they had turned in to almost hard plastic. Then, I pointed out the heat and smoke coming off the rear brakes due to the calipers sticking or being frozen. My friend offered to pay full price, which was $1,500 above market value, if they fixed the calipers and put on new tires. The response, with a bad, condescending attitude was "It passed inspection."  Sure, the inspection they did at their own shop.

This dealership has terrible service backed by a a terrible attitude. We also had service performed on a Dodge Truck and had a problem misdiagnosed. We know this because it was an expensive repair so we took it to our trusted mechanic who verified they were wrong. The used car sales and service department are the real problems in this organization but the overall poor service and treatment of their customers makes it even worse. STAY AWAY! NOT RECOMMENDED!
