Lumber Liquidators They hired me into positions I could not handle richmond nation-wide

I was hired into HR which was a big mistake for both me and Lumber Liquidators.

I started off in Benefits which I totally failed at so they moved me into Recruitment and I did even worse there. Their giant mistake was then shoe horning me into Training Director and I was so totally unqualified for that.  The entire training department quit.

My complaint is that Lumber Liquidators has a history of promoting unqualified people into important positions and it makes those pushed into those positions to have mental breakdowns from the pressure.  And it is not my fault that the stock is in the toilet even before covid 19.  Yet I got blamed for that too.

I was ripped off of my full potential at the company by forcing me into positions I could not handle which resulted in some real issues for me.
