I shipped my return to Luminess 1/18/2022 via UPS which should arrive to Luminess 1/21/2022.  I returned home to find an email instructing me to put the RA # on the outside of the box which was not on the 30 day trial offer, and so did not do.  I did put the original packing slip inside the box with the RA # written on it. 

This is another problem I found during this whole process, in addition to lack of clarity with start up instructions and a lack of the means to track the original shipment which arrived USPS 1/6/2022.  All other USPS shipments have had the ability to track the progress of the shipment, as does UPS, FedEX, Walmart, etc.

In addition, Luminess apparently gave my banking information to a company called EZDiscSaver who, without my authorization or knowledge, who debited my account $24.95 for merchandise I have never received.  I have disputed this debit, Cancellation #5134336, but my account has not received a credit to my account. 

When I called EZDiscSaver, they tracked it down to Luminess.  If this is an affiliate of Luminess, please accept this notice that if there are any further charges to my account by Luminess or EZDiscSaver, there will be repercussions.
