Lux De Ville scams their customers by taking their money and not shipping out their products. I purchased a bag from them and have not received my item. I sent them numerous emails and haven't received a response. I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. If you look at their Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Lux-de-Ville/86236520224, you'll see countless customer comments stating that they haven't received their products,

that they've called/sent numerous emails, and haven't gotten a response from Lux De Ville. Lux De Ville's motto is, "Making fabulous handbags is our business and business is good." Wrong their business is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. Invest your money in a handbag company with prestige, reputable track records, and customer service in mind. Don't purchase Lux De Ville handbags from 3rd party sellers as it will fuel this business model.
