 I hired a collection agency to find this guy and work to get a judgment. Mr Zambarelli was having nice conversations with the agent trying to schmooze up to him. Amazing how he would answer his calls but not mine ever. Once he knew the collection agency was on his tail, he immediately moved out of his property with his family. Disconnected all of his phones. Nowhere to be found. It’s obvious that he’s using his wife To rent property and put phone accounts and credit cards in her name so he can’t be found.. This collection agent gave up because of his level of mastery. Got a cal from a hotel in Tennessee where he conned them out of $10,000 staying into a very nice hotel, He told the hotel he needed some time to pay but wanted to stay for the month he and his kids while their construction project was being handled. The Hotel would go up and try to lock them out. The kids were used as human shields. The hotel called me saying they didn’t know what to do they thought they were going to get fired because of the fact that this guy conned them out of $10,000 without paying. Sad story! Spoke to a new collection agent who is a bounty hunter Looked at his file history and knows everything about him told me he cannot find him anywhere. I have to say Mr. Jim Zambarelli you are a career credit criminal exactly what the collection agent told me I give up chasing you as I’ve mentally written off my $17,000 debt to you as you have refused to do the right thing and pay me back. While my kids made sacrifices so you could play with my money I’ve gotten to a place where we’re going to say goodbye to the money and move on. You on the other hand can jump off a cliff ok! I know you will see and read this. I hope you change your name again!!!

 Dear Mr Nest Please let me know when we have ever spoken about doing a loan for you. We do not do consumer loans for Primary Residences. We Fund Real Estate Development deals. If we have spoken in the past I do apologize for not remembering you and or your situation.

Lake first off yes I did fund a property for you that I as to be an investment property as you already owned a home. You signed a notarized stating you would not live in the home during the loan term. You did and committed mortgage fraud and you had to refi before we called the note due. I also then signed a contract with you to do some credit work for me that took two years of nothing. I did not solicit you for money as I only deal with accredited investors and a min of 100k commitment. I welcome a forensic audit if you feel need to do so. Also I have had conversation with people you put complaints into and nothing was found in wrong doing including the board of realtors. Let’s tell the truth Jon you never completed the service I paid you for.

 I also invested with Jim Zambarelli, Private luxe capital. He was on a zoom call and was looking for funds. He’s dropped out of sight, wouldn’t answer phone calls or emails. He briefly surfaced in Oct and told me that his accountant would send the funds ASAP, no contact since then. Private number is now disconnected, business one stopped working months ago.

 Please let’s not try to polish the story from here as you put us in such an 11th hour issue and raised the cost of the loan just because you thought you had us during the thick of covid. You made a number of last-minute phone calls trying to chase somebody down to procure our loan you put us in such an awful position I’m telling other people to stay away from you because they will be in the same position that we were in and it was so uncomfortable and so stressful it’s not worth even going down this road.

Once again we were given such a mastery level of everything's fine everything's OK until it when it really came down to closing. Even remember when the owner of the company got on the phone and he was in such a desperate place of not being able to help us at the 12 hour it was terrible. Of course now post Covid you’re coming back and you’re wanting to get rid of this information or makes people think that the story is what it wasn’t because money is flowing a little easier now. 

I would say if it comes down to integrity stay away and learn to be honest with people. We are not an intelligent buyers what a horrible term analogy you would use to degrade us as a buyer when we closed on a $2 million property with somebody after your game of headache.
