MAB&T TBOM or MyGenesis or Brightwater Capital credit card fraud for bogus jewelry purchase, total FRAUD Beaverton PO Box 4499

I was supposedly granted a $3,000 credit card for a jewelry store in 2014 using a home address I moved out of 4 years earlier. MAB&T can't provide me with any of the application information, a copy of my signature on the application, or any other evidence that I opened an account.

They simply placed me in collections and have spent the last five years slaughtering my credit report. Even worse, I was in chapter 13 at the time and the trustee forbids any credit card applications and would not approve them. There is NO WAY I could have opened an account even if I wanted to.

This is a total fraud, MAB&T will provide me with no evidence, and the collection agency they use BRIGHTWATER CAPITAL will not return calls nor answer their phones. Collection agencies make money by answering their phones. This is total FRAUD and anyone who see's MAB&T or Brightwater Capital on their credit report should immediately file a fraud report.
