macys credit pro Macys Is A RIPOFF columbus , Ohio

I just noticed that macys has been charging me for a service i never agreed to! ever since 2004 they been charging me a fee, but i never paid attention to it until now. if i go back and add all that they have been charging it would sum up to $446.76. i called and talked to scott marschall, he said i could cancell my membership, but i never sign to an agreement!!! and all he could do was refun $40 !!! i should get my money back. i tried calling macys and said that they had nothing to do with that, that it was a third party!!!
to anyone out there reading this please make sure you really pay attention to your statments!!! this is a scam!!!! they will get you if you dont pay attention!!!!
credit pro said that they were going to contact me back with further info!!! we will see what happens!!! i really hope but i doubt that im getting my money back. i tryied googleing their addres and its no where to be found!
