Magic Auto said they financed a car through Premier Bank for me.  They said it was $3000.00 down and $400.00 a month.  They informed me that my first payment was included in the $3000.00 (cash only) I put down and my first payment would be due in approx 60 days, to watch for a payment booklet from premier bank. Premier bank was the bank they told me financed the car for me.  They also promised a full tank of gas and that they would wash the car.

They called me 5 times a day until I came down to give them the $3000.00 cash. I was told that if there were any problems that they would fix it for free in the first 30 days and that since they forgot to tell me it was cash only that I would get  $250.00 knocked off the down payment because I had to go to the bank and get cash.  They also promised they would deliver the car, they came up with an excuse why the couldn't.

When I came with the money they took it, had me sign about 15 or 20 pages of tiny worded contract. I asked for change for the $250.00 they promised they would discount. Fred the (so called) manager said Marty (the sales man) was on drugs and did not know what he was doing.  I was getting cautious and should have stopped at this point, however, Fred had my cash and he said that I couldn't back out at this point and that I was not getting any discount off the $3000.

The day after I get the car I go out to get in the car and there is a flat tire.  I called Magic Auto and Fred said they were too busy to come and help me.

Many other thing happened, like Fred and Marty Screaming and yelling at each other about why I wasn't getting the $250.00 discount.  It was very scary, however they had my money.

33 days later my car was taken from my home early in the morning. I had my personal belongings in it as well as the spare key in the glove compartment. I thought it was stolen, however, it turns out they repossessed it.

I called Premier Bank and they said they never got any financing from them for me.

Bottom line, the car was not financed as they said and it was reposed 33 days after I took possession of the car.

I called and they said talk to our Manager Elizabeth.  She never returned my call.  I had to get real crafty, having other people call as though they were a new customer.  When I finally talked to Elizabeth, She informed me I was 3 days late ant that they would not give me any of my down payment back and that there was nothing she or anyone at Magic Auto would do for me.

Premier Bank said to call Magic auto and that I was never financed with them.   They hang up on me when I call and Elizabeths voice mail says she is Premier Bank, however, it's just another lie.  Premier informed me that they she is not Premier Bank and that they are one of the financing companies they use.

Elizabeth says they are a corperation and that there isn't anyone on site I can talk to.

I feel they stole $3000.00 from me.  I am not rich, I do not know what to do.  It was as though I rented a car for $3000.00.   Thesse people need to be stopped, they are crooks!  I am a 55 year old woman with out a car and a broken collar bone, they saw me coming, I just don't know what to do.
