We hired the services of Martin Fannon of Mainline Computers to give us a new software system for our booking agency.
We flew Martin Fannon to Abu Dhabi to install the systems and were promised complete training and after service care.
While Martin was in Abu Dhabi he gave no service, instead opting to go drinking every night and come in the next day very under the weather.
Despite us asking for training many times the training was limited and left us with no idea on how to use the systems and we were promised he would assist us online from the UK.
Well this never happened, the complete 3 days was a waste of time and the system was a waste of time as it was not able to be used. Complete waste of time and money, hence we did not pay the balance to this crook.
i would strongly advise any agents or any other companies that are thinking of using Martin Fannon or Mainline Computers to work on their sofware and computers to not do it! The system is old and dated, you will receive no training even though they promise you the world and you will be left with empty pockets and a system that is of no use.
