I ordered 2 tires for my motor home and paid through PayPal (with my mastercard). looked up the tracking number and UPS said they were delivered, but they weren't anywhere to be found at my address Called UPS customer service and was told the shipper gave UPS the wrong address and the tires were delivered to someone else.

UPS informed me that the shipper fills out the shipping label address, so the shipper screwed up the delivery address. This was not an error belonging to UPS. When I tried to contact the seller (numerous times), the phone number listed on their website doesn't work, it's a total dead end.

So I contacted PayPal, they said their refund process takes a little time but I would get a refund if the seller desn't address this in a timely manner. Pay Pal did give me a seller's email that turned out to be as much a dead end as their phone number. They never responded to 4 different emails about the parcel not being delivered to the correct address.

I would reccommend avoiding doing business with this website, they appear to lack the necessary competence to address a shipping label correctly and thier customer service is non-existent. This whole fiasco ruined my 4th of July travel plans and the seller's still not responded to either me, or UPS, or PayPal.

I am preparing to dispute this transaction on my Mastercard, if this situation isn't remedied soon.

After disputing the charge with mastercard, my payment was returned to my account and then, I purchased equivalent tires from a different vendor on ebay.  To this date, no one from this company has contacted me by phone or email. Terrible customer service, don't waste your time with these bozos and avoid sending them any money, ever.  The ebay vendor was way better and by comparison, much easier to do business with.
