I hired mark defrancesco to do my driveway.  He gave me an estimate, and I hired him.  He came over and painted out the new area and told me the day he would arrive to start.  I made preparations for his arrival, but he never showed up.  I called a total of 5 times over the next four days.  He never returned my calls and obviously never showed up.  I was left in limbo, not knowing if one day he would just come when I wasnt home.

I dont understand how someone can maintain a business if they treat customers this way.  Not only is this unprofessional, it is just rude.  I had to find someone else.  Save yourself the trouble and dont hire this man, you will be better off in the long run.
