An extremely disappointing and unprofessional real estate agent. Mr. Doring showed up late to several of our scheduled meetings, was often hard to reach on his phone in between, and displayed a very short temper, repeatedly using profanity. Worse still, he proved to have little more than a basic understanding of the local market and seemed to know even less about the actual transaction (a waterfront home purchase) my husband and I were considering. The only part of our dealings he seemed an expert on was his (and his brokerage Skye Louis's) commission. The few properties he showed us were not really close in terms of what we were looking for, and his generally negative attitude somewhat put us off the South Florida real estate market. We debated putting off our home purchase entirely, but in the end found a different agent, who has been spectacular. A quick Google search on "Mark Doring Realtor" turned up multiple negative reviews and reports on Facebook, RipoffReport, Trulia and Zillow.com (even a few complaints against his Florida Real Estate License) so apparently we aren't the only ones to have had this experience.

Mark Doring's only defense is to claim that I am a different person?Pathetic. This only further proves my point that we are not the only ones to have had a bad experience with Doring and his so-called real estate services. Who spends this much time to fabricate a story to cover their own tracks? Someone who knows they are in the wrong, that's who. For Mr. Doring and anyone else's information, complaints against licenses can't be "verified" at myfloridalicense.com and neither will the palm beach clerk give out info on ongoing lawsuits on their website. Perhaps if Doring conducted himself like a professional and had an ounce of decency or real estate expertise, we and others who have had bad experiences with him would not need to post about it online. Finally, to point out a further lie of Doring's, after doing a little more digging of our own, according to the Greater Ft.Lauderdale Association of Realtors, Doring currently owes them "a substantial amount of money" and has been kicked out for not paying his dues for over a year now. How could you trust someone to handle your real estate business who cannot even pay his Realtor dues on time??

100% Lies Written Under False Name

Here are facts. There are no complaints against my license in 14 years in the business. This can be verified at myfloridalicense.com. Here is the direct link to my license and it's history on file with the state.

There are also no pending lawsuits against me. This can be verified at the palm beach county clerk of court official records search website.

I am in good standing with the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. All of which can be verified at their respective websites.

This post was written by Dominik who owns the house located at 18932 Boca Raton, FL.

He rents this house out by owner. He was never my client, was never solicited or advertised to be so. For almost the past year he has been undertaking a campaign to not only harass me through calls, texts, and emails but also to impugn my professional reputation through posting false reviews under false names.

Not to mention that the statements contained in the post are 100% libelous claims that are complete falsehoods.

My run in with him was as follows.

I had a client that was in need of a short term rental and we presented him with an offer for his advertised rental on the VRBO network. He declined the offer and counter offered.

My client was not happy with the terms of the counter offer and asked me to find anything else as he needed this rental in two days time.

Subsequently, I found my client a rental that was over $500.00 less expensive per month than his rental and at a more convenient location for his work commute. Thus, he immediately signed the lease with this second option.

Thus, he immediately signed the lease with this second option.Upon learning of my client not taking his counter offer, He went on an almost non-stop effort of vulgar, threatening and harassing phone calls, texts, and emails against both me and my family. Things of the nature that we will be killed in our sleep. He was also sending similar messages to my client. After almost a week of this I filed a police report with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's office.

Due to the bizarre content and obsessive behavior of the messages I also notified both the realtor in Orlando that was managing his property as well as the VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) network with the mountain of disturbing evidence of what he was doing. Subsequently both his realtor and the VRBO network deemed it necessary to remove 18932 Ln. from their sites.

My guess would be in the interest of public safety. Nevertheless, he has been banned from their sites. I have retained legal counsel for my future run-ins with Dominik and have legal action ready to filed against him. Please take his false review as the vindictive, self-serving obsessive delusion that he is indulging himself with. Unfortunately in the real estate business, you run into all sorts of personalities......

Upon request I would be happy to provide you with references for past clients as well as my client who Dominik included in his disturbing and vulgar harassment.He would be happy to verify everything that I have written is 100% truth.
