Mark J. Ortiz D.O.B. June 6th 1990 stole my copyrighted videos off the youtube social networking site and used them against me taunting me with them for years. He harrassed me by private messages also as I explained to him my videos were copyrighted and he could not do that he said, " I am just going to keep uploading them and you can't stop me." At that time I informed an FBI agent I was working with of his messages to me and the fact he was working in conjunction with two other youtube members on an hate campaign , an harrassment campaign, taunting me with my old videos he had stolen off the youtube system. He then placed my copyrighted videos on his own private server and distributed them which I informed the FBI agent I was working with about. When I filed DMCA's against him for uploading my copyrighted content he kept re-uploading them which is Felony Willful Copyright Infringement and I reported that to the FBI. He harrassed me for years inconjunction with Alexander Grant and Rebecca Bidwell whom both have reports filed on this website. I wrote Mark Ortiz a Cease and Desist contact letter in July of 2012 as I was asked to by the FBI agent I am working with and he made a video out of it taunting me more and laughing about it.
When he posted personal information about me on the Hate Site Encyclopedia Dramatica he made the comment " because why not." He used my name as the powerword in that hate site so it would come up in google search.
and said " because why not." He was obcessed with posting as many pictures of me that he had scalped off my old videos on the Hate Site Encyclopedia Dramatica in conjunction with derogatory gay slurs. He posted many pictures of me on that Hate Site. He did not realize that the FBI was already involved with his co-conspirators in this Hate Crime Campaign. That the FBI had already been monitoring Alexander Grant and Rebecca Bidwell.
He then posted my private pictures and scalped images of me to further harrass me and intimidate me on the Encyclopedia Dramatica Website, which he has his own page there it is listed as his website on this article at the top of the article. He opened youtube accounts violating Federal Hate Crime statues under the clause of " Bias Intimidation," which is a Federal Hate Crime. He opened youtube accounts with my real name calling me gay slurs, f****t, f*g, fagstone, all derogatory gay slurs derived from the word f****t. He was acting on his own behalf and on the behalf of Alexander Grant and Rebecca Jean Bidwell. He did this to me for YEARS. He HARRASSED ME ONLINE FOR YEARS.

When I asked Mark Joseph Ortiz to stop he mocked me to others on the youtube site and laughed about it saying I was trying to reason with him.
The dramatic skit images of me he scalped off my copyrighed video imagery intellectual property,
he scalped out of context and used videos footage out of context.
He laughed about the severe harrassment he was putting me through and thought it was fun.
When Mark Joseph Ortiz decided to ridicule me and harrass me more, I informed him as I was instructed to do by documented private message to him by the FBI agent I have been logging all this to, that my videos were copyrighted and that he did not have permission to use them, he replied " The only reason you are DMCA'ing your videos is because you don't want people to know what a fool you made of yourself." That statement indicated that he was doing this to me in a sadistic way to inflict emotional abuse. He then continued the harrassment campaign and re-uploaded more of my copyrighted videos.
When I was forthright with him and disclosed to him that I had been harrassed on the youtube social networking site since 2008 and that I was working with the FBI an a specific female FBI agent he said I was a liar. That the FBI was not involved. When infact IC3 logs were made daily and private messages of his correspondence was sent to that agent daily along with telephone contact.
When I told Mr. Ortiz that I was going to make a rip off report about his behavior toward me he retailiated and said, " Well if you do I will make them about you and place more embarrassing pictures of you up on my own rip off reports about you." I said I don't care, we'll go for broke and I would make allot more about him. With more information about him. He has been harrassing me and taunting me along time. I told him I did not care. that I would make more too.
I will say that his online cyber bullying was really hard on me because I had been threatened and harrassed so much longer before he came on the scene by Alex Grant and Rebecca Bidwell which you can search there names on this site, that the cyber-bullying by mark caused me to go back more heavily on my meds at one point due to depression because of all of this and the derogatory name calling and slurs. So yeah I was affected by it greatly and went back on my meds for mood disorder and depression so it was bad for me.
I felt since he had already been harrassing me for so long and posted slander and defamation on the hate site Encyclopedia Dramatica about me, he deserved at least this one rip off report with photos like he posted of me.
His mother whom works for USCLA as a spanish professor and his father would be informed.

Mark Ortiz posted on Alexander Grants youtube hate channel of me, ( DeliverUsFromMargie) and friended Rebecca Jean Bidwell on Mark's Uncle Orwell youtube account. After months of reporting his comments and pm's it was disclosed to me who he was.
The Cyber Crimes Division of the FBI in Houston, Texas sent the Sherriff's Department to Rebecca Jean Bidwells home in Arkansas and interviewed her in 2009. The Sheriff himself went there, Cheif Cody.
Ms. Bidwell had been sending documented Death threats which were being forwarded to the FBI in Houston. ((( These were very vivid detailed death threats ))) Alexander Grant also sent threats mostly of physical harm and veiled death threats. Those threats were forwarded to the FBI in Minneapolis and Houston. Alexander C Grant's threats of violence are currently in the hands of FBI agents both in Houston and Minneapolis with documented DMCA notices he has received. A Federal Lawsuit was filed in Tyler, Texas against Rebecca Jean Bidwell and Alexander Grant and a motion was filed for a full FBI investigatin. The Federal Judge in chambers received that motion.
Mark Ortiz be-friended Alexander Grant and Ms. Bidwell joining in on there hate campaign that they have began in 2007. Both Alex and Rebecca instigated Mark I feel to taunt and harrass on there behalf. So this had been going on a long time before Mark Joseph Ortiz became invovled. Before he sided with them in this Hate Campaign.
Both are listed on this site.
