Mark Richard Dagel, John Lage, and Debra Avey-Cortez (iCCMV, Aposse Partners, and Staged Homes Real Estates) Scams and Fraud, False Accusations (Libel & Slander), Racist, Unethical Georgia, Texas, California

I was initially approached by Catalina Leff for a business funding and she introduced me to Debbie Avey-Cortez. Debbie Avey-Cortez then introduced me to John Lage in regard to an "Arbitrage Deal". I have contacted David Wassong from George Soros Fund and Pamela.

David made to response to this fraudulent proposal and Pamela told me to back out of this deal. I also spoke to my attorneys and was told that for the deal to happen, it needs to be re-structured. What they are doing is a fraud. So I told Debbie that I was not interested and moved on with my life.

A few days later, Pamela emailed me and asked if I gave Debbie Avey her email. I said no, I told her that we will not be involved with posting a POF and allow them to abuse it. But it was clear that these Criminals are desperate. Debbie is the kind of person who sees the dollar signs and just won't back away after rejections. Then I was like okay, if this Debbie b***h wants to go behind people's back and talk to their contact, I will talk to the client directly.

I got a hold of MH and JW and they told me that they have nothing to do with John Lage, they don't even know who this Debbie Avey bi*ch is. And these criminals definitely do not have the exclusive right to represent them.

MH and JW's Attorney sent John Lage, Mark Dagel, and Debbie Avey-Cortez to stop the use of their names and assets, but these criminals did not stop.

After I spoke to both the clients and their real attorneys, I received a cease and desist from a fraudulent "CEO" Mark Richard Dagel.

Mark Richard Dagel told me to stop saying that I have been working with Joel Bernstein to get the stock loan closed for the clients or I will find myself in a real litigation. Mark Richard Dagel also asked if I have been acting as an attorney in the State of Califormia and claiming that Joel Berstein did the work.

(I have never that I worked with/for Joel Bernstein. Only thing I know about Joel is that he is an retired attorney, and I have no idea where he came up with this false allegations).

Mark Richard Dagel also mentioned "Unlike the frivolous action you filed and lost when you applied for the CEO position and they decided you were more suited as a "low-level entry accountant" as per Exotic Flights."

(I didn't lose the law suit against Rudy Gonzalez. Rudolph Gonzale is a scammer. A group of investors from Scottsdale, AZ came with 5mm dollars to invest in Rudy Gonzalez and after I proved them that this guy is a fraud, they backed out of the deal. He went hiding in New York with his sister Evelyn Gonzalez and his mom).

Mark Richard Dagel then made another false accusation on me violating a NCND that NOBODY signed. Why would he mention a non-circumvent and non-disclosure? Because he didn't want others to know that his group is in the process of committing a fraud.

Mark Richard Dagel also lied about a friend of mine. I was asked to leave his name out of this. But this person does not have experience in commercial real estate and many others that iCCMV claimed to have on their website. (got to love the bullsh*t they put up).

Mark Richard Dagel was clearly upset and decided to go down the road that Papa Johns took last year - Racial discrimination and hate speech:   I thought my English was bad. Your Chinglish is horrible. I guess jokes don't come out funny when you can not write proper English?    "AS per exotic flights" I quoted what is on their web site. It may be a lie that they have on their web site, but I quoted them. They state in writing that you applied for the CEO job and decided to offer you a low entry accounting job.

I did not say it, they did. I cut and pasted what I found on their web site within the last hour.  As for the slander where you state that I have committed Federal crimes, I would recommend that you stop as you continue to give me ammo for a lawsuit. Please send me your attorneys name and info as you have crossed the line and you seriously think this is a game.

Mark Richard Dagel repeatedly made fun of the Chinese Army, Bruce Lee, their English comprehension skills and etc. I am just glad that I am not Chinese, but I am still offended by his vulgar language.   Not only has Mark Richard Dagel used tortious speech and conduct against the Chinese race, but also false accusations and sexual slangs.   Please see attachments for screenshots the email conversations. I am shocked that a company "CEO" would behave in this unprofessional manner after I exposed his fraud and misrepresentation. 

Mark Richard Dagel and John Lage and Debbie Avey have been instructed per clients attorney to stop claiming that they have "exclusive rights" to represent the client. Clients do not wish to be involved with these fraudsters in any shape for form.
