I was hired by Market Technologies as a Sales Associate. It was absolutely the worst experience of my career. They have a 3 week sales training program. They lure you in with promises of trips and making lots of money. Do not be fooled by the marketing of "One of the Best Places to Work For" which is totally misleading. The program is taught by inexperienced people that have never been trained in sales. They use old fashioned sales techniques that very deceptive and do not work. Every word out of our mouths were micromanaged. They claim they don't use a script, however, each word of how to sell the product must be done their way or the highway. The trainer will bully you and rush you to memorize massive amounts of material each day. He will criticize and judge you negatively every day. He will demean you and your sales experience. He will chip away each day at eroding your confidence. He is brilliant at negative manipulation and abuse of new employees in training. Training is always done with a manipulative smile.  He will behave differently when he is being recorded and watched by other members of management. When he is not being watched he will torment you to a point of pure discomfort. He will make you feel unwelcomed in their company. The trainer's goal is to remove 2-3 people before they make it to the selling floor. Totally abusing people's careers and the families that they care for. The most unprofessional micromanaged sales team leadership that I have ever seen. Turnover is extremely HIGH. I want to warn others to not risk their careers to work for a company like this. Too many families are affected by people at Market Technologies LLC that lure people in, only to throw them away like trash. Revolving doors at it's finest! I felt something was strange about this company after the first day of training. I read the negative reviews beforehand thinking that they were just disgruntled employees only to experience first hand the deceptive, rude and unprofessional sales leadership that is robbing innocent people of enjoying successful sales careers. They will continue to get mediocre and inconsistent sales results and will never be a success treating people in this manner. If you do go work here, do not say your were not warned. Be very leary of the reviews, they are very true.
