The item I ordered online was immediately charged to my account. I have not recieved the item from Mass Spectrum Botanicals.
On April 3,2014 I placed an order with Mass Spectrum Botanicals and recieved this: Thank you for your order Your order has been received and is now being processed. As of this date April 17, 2014 I have not recieved the item. I have sent several emails to Dann Jarvis dannsprotocol@yahoo.com requesting informations for non-delivery. There has been no reply from the company Mass Spectrum Botanicals - Tampa, Florida. At this time I would like a total refund of $14.00 to my bank account.
