We are being charged 7000.00 dollars for a bed we never received. We never signed that it was delivered and we were told we were not able to be financed for the bed.

The sales people have been rude at the stores and said we cannot prove we didn't receive the bed. We did not sign any paperwork that the bed was delivered. Our credit is being affected by this problem. Please help us!
