Maverick-AMC, LLC Formally Nationwide-AMC Refusal to pay for services Newtown, Pennsylvania

I received an email from Maverick-AMC 12/6/2010 informing me that the company is in the middle of reorganizing due to financial issues. This email stated "All appraisal fee(s) will be paid in full by 1/22/2011." I emailed my contact at Maverick-AMC 1/3/2011 and asked when the check was being mailed, I received a reply that day saying "it will be sent 1/23." I still have not received the check as of 1/31/2011. I emailed my contact again 1/31/2011 asking where the check was, and I received "It came to our attorneys attention that you had published "deformation of charter" on certain websites is this true?" I replied that I had created this ripoff report stating only facts about the services I provided and the lack of payment by Maverick-AMC. I received "We're going to cut the check we need to know when you will take down the poor press." I responded by telling them I will not do anything until I receive full payment for the services I have provided them. No response. As of yet, they have not fulfilled one promise they have made, it is very upsetting that people conduct their business in this manner. They did not send payment when they promised to send payment, so please be careful when dealing with this company.
