The companies are Little Monkey Consulting LLC, Page One Professionals LLC, Amd Development Group LLC, Breakout Interactive Marketing, M C Davis Holdings LLC, First Page Media LLC, Oculus Web Interactive, and Oculis Web Interactive.

"Mark" requested high res PSD files to be converted to a WordPress site.  The site was completed as he had stated with only half of the money up front.  (a normal request for a project and only $150) "Mark" was then provided with the work in the span of a 3 day period.  Upon sending him the demo site, he immediatley stated that it was awful and would not work. 

"Mark" was told that any error he found would be corrected before any final payment was required.  Even though the site was completed and functional as to his initial specs, he went on to state that M C Davis Holdings did not complete the work as he had requested.   He stated that there were numerous errors on the site and that it was not done correctly. 

The site was completed in 3 days and M C Davis Holdings received a mere $150 for this work.  "Mark" made numerous accusations of fraud and threatened legal action to no avail.  This man was indeed himself a scam artist.  He requested something with specifics upon the initial contract and then wanted to change the terms of the agreement for the design upon providing a final product.  M C Davis Holdings offered to remodel the site to any specs he had but he refused and requested a full refund for his deposit, which was stated as non-refundable in the initial contract. 

Upon not receiving his small deposit back, he then went on to detail all specifics of the company online and furthermore harass the employees of the company.  Calling sometimes 10 or more times per day after receiving notification that he was made an offer that was refused and the relationship was thus terminated.

The accusation of a scam artist company is unfounded and that of an unhappy individual who may or may not have had the money to pay for the full development.

"Mark's" company, in fact, hired M C Davis Holdings to do work that he himself was unable to perform and/or complete for his personal client(s).

My thought is that this is a CELL operating as a business here in the United States, they are probably based off shore but have set up bank accounts here in the United States. This guy never answers his phone.
