McBride & Son Homes President of company was recorded saying he agreed he owed contractor, but still does not pay! Chesterfield, Missouri

First of all the reason people are complaining about McBride & Son Homes work being poor, is because they are poor!  They do not pay their sub-contractors or their employees!  They act and talk like they do, they even go out of their way to make you feel responsible for them not oaying you for your work!  But truth be told, you could be there for them 24X7, go out of your way day & night, they would even agree, and still somehow get away without paying you!

We have a recorded meeting we had with the President of McBride & Son Homes, in Chesterfield, MO, who on this tape has acknowledged that yes he did in fact owe our company a lot of money, but do you think to this day he had paid another dime?  No- way, in fact others that have tried to confront him about this, and have told him that they have heard his confession, and his other phone calls after the meeting acting like he was going to try to make things right- the man still had no care or worry in the world!

That is because we have never gone out to humiliate him or prove our point, other to him, we have not gone public to anyone else!  I suppose because we always gave him the benifit of the doubt that he would do the right thing!  Once again we are proved wrong!

We have worked endless hour for this company, many we did not even charge for, because we felt sorry for them for some unknown reason- but now we question ourselves for why?

We know for a fact they have screwed over countless employees- mainly because a few have come to work for us, but they have also screwed over many contractors!  If anyone else would like to come forward we would welcome it!  We do have a recorded conversation with Jeff Schindler himself, agreeing that he owed our company so much- but has never acted on it!  We also know that each subdivision they open, they open it as a seperate LLC company, that way when the subdivision is finished, so is the company and that was there are no assests to go after!  So all those times they are trying to act like your paper work is messed up, or there is a little mistake- that is why you are not getting paid, that is really their way of pushing you off a little further until the subdivision is closed out and they think you are screwed, and they don't have to pay you!
