A former employee was fired for not have the food at the correct temperature. The firing is not in dispute, however, the employer REFUSES to issue a letter that the employee is no longer there. Former employee was told "Get over it". This is unfair. With the employment rate soaring to new highs, especially in NYS, it is unspeakable that a supposedly reputable establishment would deny someone the right to work at another like franchise.
