Scammers showed up on Quora with a link to a fancy website.  If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Medicpills4u@gmail.com or Telegram@medicpills is the link..I sent money to Phenic Onchoka and Faith Njoga through PayPal. 

Then they asked for more money for shipping like "we were just at FedEx this morning and they need $25.00 more because of increased shipping costs".  I refused to send more money.

They would not refund my money or send the goods.
