This company allows users to upload past the storage limit, and if they do not reduce the amount of files to be below the storage limit, they hold the files ransom. Why even allow users to upload that many in the first place?
Not only that, multiple people have complained that they sent payment and were never given what was offered (ex- more storage space, business account, etc.) They always give the same generic responses to everyone when they reply to emails as well.
