I am writing this report because I purchased a $3,000 commissioned art piece from Artist and Painter Melissa Falconer/M. Falconer last year on July 2, 2019, and I never received what I paid for. Melissa Falconer ended up blocking me from all communication, and I am sharing my experience to alert future buyers. Melissa finds photos from other artists online, and she rips off their work. Then she sells her paintings to high bidders without proper valuation.

I attended two of her art galleries in New York, so I trusted her work before making my large purchase. Once I realized that I was scammed, I started doing my due diligence. She is not an existing business, and she tells customers that she is. Her practices are unethical and unprofessional. I am working to get every dollar back before Christmas.

My family and I are struggling with unemployment due to COVID-19, so it is very unfortunate that I have to do so much to get my money back. SHE IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PERSON AND HER POLICIES ARE NON-EXISTENT! BUYER BEWARE! ART SCAMMER TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THOSE WHO CANNOT ACQUIRE REAL ART FROM REAL PAINTERS!
