On 2/19 of this year I contacted Members Choice on behalf of Amanda Davis in regards to the issue that she and her husband were facing concerning their 07 Tahoe. Earlier in the day I had spoken with Amanda as i had noticed that she seemed to be gravely upset, and since she was a new hire of our company this concerned me. After speaking with her she explained to me that she was in fear of losing her vehicle due to none payment, furthermore she went on to explain to me that if that were to happen that she as well as her husband would have no transortation to and from work. It was then that I asked her if she had been in touch with Members Choice to explain that she had just recently found work...She said that she had been working with Mrs. Pat Martinez (who had according to Amanda in the past been both kind and understanding).

It was then that I proceeded to explain to Amanda that it was her responsibility, and hers alone to make sure that SHE kept Members Choice in the loop regarding the payment status of her vehicle. I told her that I would speak to Memebers Choice on her behalf only if SHE would agree to accept responsibility for tha above statement. I then called and asked to speak with Mrs. Martinez and was told she was out of the office until later that day. i was then connected with a Mrs. Tara Johnson who kindly explained to me that it would be necessary for me to speak with her supervisor Mr. Jeff Tutson. I was connected to Mr. Jeff Tutson who said that he would be unable to speak with me regarding the loan unless he was to recive permission from Amanda. They spoke briefly and then Amanda returned the phone to me.

I spoke a great length with Mr. Tutson explaining to him Mrs. Davis situation. I told him that we would be willing to pay a percentage of the now owed balance if he would be willing to try and work out an arrangement with Amanda. He said that he would have to speak with his supervisor and then call me back. I waited approximately 1 hour and had not heard back from Mr. Tutson and since it was fast approaching 5:00 PM on a Friday afternoon, I decided to try and reach Mr. Tutson again. Once reaching Mr. Tutson he politely asked me if he could return my call within the hour, I agreed. When Mr. Tutson called me back he explained to me that he had spoken to his supervisor and if we were able to pay $2,000.00 via cashiers check, as well as $50.00 fr handling and precessing fees that he would then roll the remaining late payments to the rear of the loan, which would then bring the loan current and even.

He also asked that Amanda provide and up to date full coverage insurance policy as well. Mr. Tutson assured me that if the above requirements were to be met that the pick up order would then be rescinded and that Amanda and her husband would be even with Memebers Choice until their next payment due date. I personally recall asking Mr. Tutson at two different time during our last conversation if there would be ANY ISSUE with the remaining late payments placed toward the end of the loan and he reassured me BOTH TIMES that as long as we supplied Members Choice with the below listed items

Two cashiers checks, one for $2,000.00 and the other for $50.00

Full adn completed updated information as to where the vehicle was kept

And proof of full coverage insurance in Amanda Davis name.

That no other issue would arise in any form or fashion and that Amanda Davis would be allowed to keep her vehicle, period! I would not trouble you with this if I thought it was unwarranted....

However I am sure that it is not standard practice for you to allow anyone under your command to knowingly and with intent to mislead by giving misinformation and half truths. As I said above I do appreciate you taking the time to look into this matter and thank you in advance for any and all help regarding this matter.
