No rebuttal here, my experience with this scam is pretty much identical to the one filed on June 22, 2013 by someone else.  I was job searching on a regular site, I think it was Wullo.com or ZipRecruiter.com, and a posting came up about working from home.  It lead me to the site that appears to be a news article about a young mother who provides for her family by discovering a work from home job with Web Fortune Masters (or Web Fortune Vault). It is entitled "EXPOSED: California Mom Makes $8,000/month And You Won't Believe How She Does It"(If you notice at the very top of this page in pale gray font it says ADVERTISEMENT, just saying.)

There are video clips from the "news report" and it is marked with a current date (approximately the date of the day before you're looking at the site).  There is a lengthy yet vague explanation of how it is possible to make an income from home.  There are numerous testimonials, and when you have scrolled to the very end of the site, there are comments from many people either speculating or showing excitement for having ordered their kit recently.

If you get sucked in, you be be amazed by how intricate of a scam it is.  I feel like there are at least a dozen people involved in pulling this one off.  I signed up for the program, which by the way there were some major discrepancies on what the actual cost of the program was -- that should have been my first big fat red flag.  I didn't know if I was paying $47 or $97 because there was a narrating voice on the site describing the wonderful opportunity to me, and what I heard him say and what was marked in the details on the site were different.  

I was then emailed information on logging into the Members Only Training site, with additional information on logging into the "VIP Members site" through MyStayAtHomeIncome.com -- total garbage.  The "VIP" site/"training" had me running around in circles, basically reading pages and pages of "instruction" including creating a Twitter account for which to network with people so that I'd have a basis for branching out once I got my website up and running -- in other words, potential customers I could have come to my site to click on the posted links that I would get paid for.  (Wow, typing this out now makes me really realize how stupid I was).  Naiveness will get the best of us, I suppose.

Anyway, the next day, I called the Start Up Specialist that was going to walk me through getting set up for my new online education.  The contact number for the specialist was (888)676-5188. I spoke to a Customer Service person, who connected me to a Start Up Specialist, who got an idea of what I was looking for, and what kind of debt (credit card debt) I was in -- also my credit card limits. (Red Flag number 3).  Red Flag number 2 was that the Specialist answered the call, "Hello?" -- I was like, uh... is that how normal businesses answer the phone?? Hello? Weird.

He told me I would next be speaking with his boss, a senior consultant, named Chad Huntsman. But Mr. Hunstman was in a meeting and would call me in an hour (no doubt they checked my credit within that hour that I was waiting, I can only assume).  I spoke to Chad for about an hour, in which time he explained to me about Leverage Capitol (or using my credit to invest in my business ventures, that way I don't have to use actual money from my pocket, and would be able to pay back that credit investment relatively quickly).  

He inquired about my 3-month, 6-month and 12-month financial goals.  He explained about Affiliate Marketing, Setting up a website or eCommerce Storefront, told me I would be instructed and taught how to post links (which is where the money comes from in this work at home business), How to sell products (via a dropship company called DOBA, and also utilizing eBay to sell products because no marketing is necessary).  He promised that I would be taught how to build a website of my own and have plenty of coaching available while learning how to promote my website business in the near future.

I was promised the following Tools and Knowledge:

1. Access to Products (ie. Dropshippers like DOBA), and eBay

2. Custom Web Builder (having an eCommerce storefront with a merchant account or "shopping cart" for consumers so I'd be able to process payments on their products purchased)

3. Unlimited Personal Training (one-on-one phone tutelage, resources online, training videos, webinars)

He said the first 2 months would be the Proactive phase where I would have regular weekly scheduled meetings with a coach, then the next 4 months after that would be the Reactive Phase with some less coaching and less work required (because the business would start to work "on auto-pilot")

At that point I was offered to take action on my online education with Members Only Training/Net Training either:

a. Aggressively ("Tuition" - costing around $11,000 - $16,000)

b. Moderately ("Tuition" - costing $6,000 - $8,000)

c. Conservatively ("Tuition" - costing $4,000 - $6,000)

They offered an "Incentive Program" where if I made a gross profit of $5,000 for 3 consecutive months, they would write me a check for 50% of my tuition investment. And if I made a gross profit of $10,000 over 3 consecutive months, they would write me a check for 100% of my tuition investment.  

They said I'd simply have to mail in proof of those profits to this address:

Mr. Chad Huntsman (the senior consultant) then asked me to email him my own personal mission statement including what I'd like to accomplish with this opportunity both short-term and long-term; why I am committed to this, and also to make a pledge that I would not quit or give up on this (because they will never quit or give up on me), all I had to do was put in the time and effort.  I was told to email him at nettraining.com 

By the grace of GOD and my good fortune I suppose, I have wonderful and intelligent boyfriend who is looking over me SO incredibly well and I love him so much for that.  I told him about this venture and that I was basically "going back to school" and was going to learn some new internet knowledge and hopefully earn money while having a more flexible schedule.  He immediately researched Web Fortune Master and Members Only Training online --- something I should have done RIGHT OFF THE BAT - stupid me.  He found numerous RipOff Reports, and Scam Alerts and I realized what a dumbass I had been.  I have always been too trusting, and clearly not thorough with having my own back.  

I cancelled my credit cards that were associated with these transactions.  I sent pleasant and diplomatic type emails to the email contacts that I had with Members Only Training and Net Training telling them that I'd like to utilize the 30-day money back guarantee - know full well at this point that I wouldn't get that money refunded.  But luckily it didn't matter because I cancelled payment from my credit card company's end.

Not only did their elaborate scam almost get over $5,000 from me, but they wanted to rob me of weeks and weeks of my time running around in circles "learning" from their web tools.  I honestly do not know how these people can sleep at night.  I dodged a bullet, but I know lots of people are in debt because of things like these.
