Michael Walding One Up Services, LLC NXTLVL Services, LLC Nearly $45,000 invested 21 months ago and still nothing showing from it! They constantly made big promises but don't back it up with action!! Miami Florida

We entered into a contract with One UP Services, LLC and NXTLVL Services, LLC on 9/22/2021 to have them set up and run an Amazon and Wal-Mart store for us.  The pitch was that they take care of everything and all we need to do is set up our legal entity, provide the corporate credit cards, set up a few other items from a checklist they provide, and send them everything to take care of the rest.  We paid $40k up front, which was listed as a nonrefundable consulting fee plus, they get a profit split of monthly sales.  They started to add extra monthly fees to pay for software that they needed to have to manage inventory, drop shipping, etc.  That was not part of the agreement, but they would find ways to add fees and say that is part of the relationship and doing business.  They would do this while there was no stores set up and any revenue coming through.  So, the $40K was the initial investment but there were added monthly fees.  

They never got a Walmart store opened for us.  They continued to make excuses and then said that Walmart changed policies and procedures on stores.  So, they offered to have another Amazon store, Facebook marketplace.  They finally got our Amazon store up after about 16 months but got shut down with about a month for violating shipping policies.  They say they were drop shipping but didn't.  They ordered something directly from Walmart and had it shipped to the customer.  It is a clear violation of Amazon.  We took it up with NXTLVL but they made excuses and said it wasn't their fault.  

·        We started noticing some red flags with the company and its operations and in speaking to others, found out that there were many clients having the same or other issues.  We asked to escalate a call with management.  We requested that our $40k be refunded given that they had not provided a Walmart store and our Amazon store got shut down.          

·        They declined and said that a full refund was not an option (even though they had not performed under the contract yet).   They offered to switch the Shopify or only refund 1/3 of our money. They also guaranteed that they had invested in additional staffing, training, and process improvements so that our store setup process would go more smoothly going forward if we would stick it out with them.    That has not been the case.  

We would NEVER recommend working with Michael Walding or either of his companies, NXTLVL Services LLC and One Up Services, LLC.
