Microtech Support Services cs@mtechbusiness.com (Chetan) promised to cancel my plan and give me a refund and never paid me back $250.00 internet

On 6-22-13 I called Microtech to get assistance with connecting my new printer. Allowing them to connect to my computer

they informed me that my comp. had been hacked and I had viruses that would need to be removed in order to solve the problem.

I allowed them to do so and they recommended I sign up for their. maint.plan for $250..two days later I cancelled the plan They resisted and suggested I stay with the plan. I then asked to speak to their supervisor.

I called them time and time again. Finally by July 5th they returned my call, from 661-748-0240. They told me I should have arefund within 5-10 days.

Since that date the  1-800-218-8501 number has been disconnected. The 1-800-261-0643 number rings but they won't answer.
