MintSocial ERASED backup website files! Scottsdale Arizona

We hired MintSocial to help us with social media efforts and to host our multiple company websites. 

The result of our experience was an   "ethical lapse"   at best,  as well as technical incompetence resulting in the total loss of one of our websites.  The site was operating fine, however when we decided to change hosting companies, that day our site back-up files were somehow "erased."  Lost they said.  Totally and suddenly gone.  The site was taken down.   We doubt this total loss, however we are now forced to rebuild the site at considerable effort and expense. 

We suggest to other companies seeking social media advice and hosting services to select a company that has true technical skills combined with a honest business ethics. Choose wiselyand do not believe all the magical hype.
