Miss Besom sold me a product that caused bodily injury

Miss Besom is a typical internet company offering a wide variety of products.  They had advertised a product know as Lystea, a diet patch with natural ingredients to help you lose weight.  You apply the patch to your stomach and the ingredients are supposed to help with weight loss.  I'm not complaining about the patch's failure to work as advertised.  Instead, it's about the adhesive on the patch that is the problem.  The adhesive is so strong that when you remove the patch, it literally rips the skin off of you, leaving open bleeding lesions. 

I tried the patch over several days on different area of my stomach, with the same result over and over.  Finally, I discontinued it.  No product should cause you to bleed and create scars and pain in order to use it.  I stopped the product several weeks ago and I still have the scars.  I contacted the merchant to let them know about this issue.  Their response?  To offer me a 20% discount on future purchases.  Yeah...right.  Why would anyone do business with a company that sold them a product that caused bodily harm and did nothing about it.  Be warned!
