This company has a penchant and a talent for ripping off the American public and those looking to make an extra income with an investment property that Modal designs, manufactures, and ships to you.  The lack of quality control and non-existent customer service has led to a loss in fortune for many. Modal Living is a wretched company pretending to be ethical, building "smart" homes, but all one will receive is a dumb product.  They are callous, mean-spirited, and only care about making a quick buck once they have pocketed your money with a twisted sense that the customer is satisfied despite long lists of highlighted issues with the home itself; somehow, they have this delusion that the deal is balanced and fair. 

The brand aligns itself as one of the biggest leaders in offering turn key service, but after a while, Modal Living will stop replying and sever ties with its middleman as well. Modal Living is just another start-up that will fail in the future because the customers are always right. Modal Living practices legalized theft, took money from the elderly and the vulnerable, and left them with substandard products. 

To potential customers, never buy anything from the state of Utah; their legal system does not protect the homeowners; if you buy a large single-family home in that state is the same ordeal; there are more crooked attorneys to represent the enemy, the disgusting crooks than those who help the single-family homeowner or small mom-and-pop establishments.
