My husband was employed by Modern Industrial Services who posed as a staffing service. Hayes Distribution Rockford, IL hired 5 men through this company as a Temp to hire for associates. Out of the 5 men, 3 have left Hayes Distribution and seeked other employment opportunities, including my husband. 2 of them have already hired lawyers. The So-Called business is based out of Fort Myers, FL. The President is Jim Rexroat 727-235-1909 and the Vice-President is Brian Rextroat 239-229-4630.
Father and Son Fraud Team. The 800 is working but you only get a answering service from all 5 extensions. Brian Rexroat answered via text for a short time until my husband kept asking for his last paycheck. The website gives little to no information. Over $1000 is owed to my husband and he can't get a hold of one person. I can't find an EIN number and we have submitted a claim to the Illinois Department of Labor. This company must be stopped! How can they do this to people and get away with it?
