But my order never got here. They are denying my request for refund as I didn't call for a return authorization. How am I supposed to do that when I didn't receive the items? I'm disabled and 2 of my grandchildren came to this world on 10/19/2017 and I have another due 11/12/2017 in Arizona. The FedEx site says unable to deliver refused by addressee. They must have taken them to the wrong address because FedEx didn't deliver here. They even admitted they received the items back. However, they claim one was damaged. Is that my fault when I never received the items? if you want great customer service go to Bratt or Wayfair anywhere but Modern Nursery.

Got a call from some guy who works there.  He wanted me to take down my reviews in exchange for something....he didn't get that far.  He was yelling about the shipping costs....my Husband could here him from across the room!  I tried to say that I was open to a dialogue that could work out for everybody...he hung up on me.  Guess he just thought I could be bullied.

I called the number back and got a voicemail...."I merely left my name and number and that I knew he hung up on me.  However, I also mentioned that I was open to a polite conversation if he chose.  Didn't call me back.  So I'm posting reviews on all the review sites I have access to...and some people don't even know they are out there.  LOL

Update:  Received full refund after I reported it to my Capitol One card.
