Contracted this roofing company in February of 2018.  Contractor failed to diagnose cause of leak which he was hired to repair.  Installed a roof cricket at what we now learn is an incorrect pitch, called around the outdoor chimney, improperly installed flashing around chimney, removed and disposed of gutter screening without owner permission.  

We have received two estimates to complete the needed repairs and both contractors said all work performed by this contractor has to be torn out as it will cause further problems.  Owner of the company and Foreman were called out on 12 different occasions and asked to honor the contracted repairs.  Each time they came out, they told us we would have to pay more money for additional repair work.
