OMG, the WORST experience ever! This company is a FRAUD. Read the ripoff report about them. It started off nice and ended with them breaking two of my HUGE TV's. Do not even think about using this company. They have a contract that will only pay you .60 "cents per pound" which is fraudulent when your items cost thousands. They hire unlicensed movers, which is why Joe always has to show up to move the truck,  who break furniture and electronics and get over on you by trying to pay you .60 cents per pound as an offer to help with damage.

They clearly rush everything and Joe shows up and does not even take inventory, he looks and calls with a price. Kim is the worst. She will act as if she is trying to help you after reporting the damage only to lie to you and tell you they are only legally responsible for .60 cents. She will take 2 weeks before sticking to her usual con. 

The movers moved my 70" television without the proper packing and strapped it to the side of their moving truck which caused a crack in the exact spot they strapped it. They had the nerve to leave it wrapped in 1 uhaul cover with their tap in my bedroom after they clearly knew they broke it. They do not protect your items and don't care when they are broken. They also broke the legs on my 50" television and the screen. The mover Jovan tried to place it in my daughters room and act like nothing happen. My kid went to hook up the xbox while they were still moving the items and alerted me to the break. When I asked Jovan how that happened he said that was the only TV they did not strapped to the side of the truck and he will let Joe know... Are you kidding me??? You strapped a 70" and my 75" TV to the side of your truck without the proper taping. After 2 weeks of back and forth they offered to fix a leg and not the screen. I am telling you they are sick and you will be disappointed if you dare move them. They are not qualified to move a couch yet alone electronics. 

This is a fraudulent company. They will not let you know the name of their insurance company and they do not state it anywhere on the paperwork which should be outright illegal.  I gave them 2 weeks to correct their BS and they offered to fix the leg after KIM agreed to replace the TV's. They have no integrity and you better read their ripoff report before paying them. DO NOT PAY THEM WITH CASH. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AFTER KNOWINGLY BREAKING YOUR PROPERTY.
