I ordered my banked grocery order the first of March. My order was $201.64, no tax, & S-H $32.27. The s & H was immediately taken out of our credit card and we have not seen any additional charges. On April 9th, 2012, I called Corp. and was told that there was a back up due to computer prob. but the orders were going out. I would be notified per email with tracking # as soon as it was shipped.

 I placed my second call a month later on May 7, was told all orders for March & April would be shipped by Friday, May 11. On that Friday, May 11, I called to see if the orders had been sent out. Very rudely told NO, THEY HAD NOT BEEN, AND WAS TOLD I HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN A SPECIFIC DATE! Called on May 21, May 22, May 23...told NO...ORDERS NOT SHIPPED, PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SYSTEMS.

 Called yesterday, May 24, and was told MINE HAD SHIPPED YESTERDAY and given a tracking # & were to come UPS. We shall see if they do come and IF THE ORDER IS EXACT TO WHAT I PLACED!!! I wrote who I spoke to, time of day I called each time, and what was said...along with recorded the calls each time.

 Although I have been told the recordings are useless from the company people, I have consulted a lawyer friend who said they may not always be non summitted! Will keep updated on delivery along with PICTURES ON MY ORDER SHEET AND WHAT ACTUALLY COMES IN.
