I purchase a 2003 Lincoln Navigator from M&S Auto Sales  on 07/27/2013. I paid 2500 dollars down payment and monthly payments debit out bank account  debit card several payments of $400.05 . The sham they're down payment on the glass is $99 down to draw you into the car lot and once you make your selection go inside Blake Gilbeth sales and Finance manager gives a different lump down payment to pay very misleading.My father pass away and the funeral was on the day payment due. I call the office on the day of funeral  transferred to collections department to do debit payment and she in collections answer finally and says you got 15 minutes to get the payment to the car lot and it do not matter to me or blake Gilbreath finance manager.We need cash into the office.We just not gonna debit your bank card.I said why? she said you been using this option each time.You just bring payment in 15 minutes only ! I did not even get a sorry for your loss but a nasty  voice and slam sound as she hung up in my ear.The very night repo truck  back up to the Lincln Navigator and decided to knock. Husband open the door to repo dude states he do repo for m&s auto sales car lot.He ask for me and my husband immediately awaken me at around 4:00 am in the early morning.My voice was weak due to the funeral crying the loss of my retired millitary father murdered by teens at his home during home invasion him and mom shared over 30 years.The repo dude said he just repoed 30 cars not including yours.I was told to pick up.He state he ask you sure to pick that Lincoln Navigator considering death in the family.He say yes I don't care needed cash inthe office not doing bank debit no reason just want cash in the office.The repo guy states I normally just snatch grab and take off,but for some  reason I felt I need to let you know this it it s not me and I' m just doing a job.I dreaded this tow of your vehicle under circumstances.I said i will call the lot at 10:00 am .I call the m&s auto sales finally get a answer and was told we just gonna keep our vehicle and the money paid into it.No Refunds don't call here anymore.I said this is how you treat customers here you just can't treat us like this nothing, and disconnected call getting nothing but dial tone.I have loss my lump down payment and several monthly payments. I feel robbed and violated of my rights. M&S Auto Sales do this so cold and easy manipulate ,steal,and take your vehicle believes they are bigger than the law. I don't want this to keep happening to people seeking transportation at this car lot m&s auto sales in riverdale adding more victims to the ripped off scam .M&S are scamming and preys on anyone who attempts to buy a car .Do Not Stop For Any Second Rip Offs Are Waiting To Steal Your Money!!!¡5
